Jigyasa (pronounced as Jig’ yä sä) in Sanskrit, the language of ancient India means "Desire for Knowledge".
Jigyasa was started in 2001 in Singapore. We work with organizations both big and small, with or without a human resources department who fervently believe that it is only through their people that they can gain a competitive edge in the marketplace.
The "Power of expectations" is well known, made famous in the movie "My Fair Lady". On an individual level, the faith and belief in our abilities has carried many of us forward to positions where we are today. We believe that organizations too can be transformed through the fostering of this positive spirit.
Whether we talk of expansion, change, transformation or translating the vision or strategies, only people can make them happen. Only people can make a sustainable difference.
What gets measured gets done. Without measurable performance standards employees are left to guess .
