Employee Opinion Survey
The Power of Feedback
Any company that's going to make it in the 1990s and beyond has got to find a way to engage the mind of every single employee. If you are not thinking all the time about making every employee more valuable, you don't have a chance. What's the alternative? Wasted minds? Uninvolved people? A labour force that's angry or bored? That doesn't make sense.
- Jack Welch
Will you embark on a journey without knowing where you are going?

Do you know what your people are thinking?
Do your people support the vision and direction of your senior team fully?
Are you sure if you are the employer of choice for your employees?
Are you confident that there are no issues simmering below the surface?
All it takes to know the minds of your people is to ask them by conducting an Employee Opinion Survey!!

An Employee Opinion Survey is a powerful instrument that enables an organization:

To gather feedback in a systematic and objective manner
To effectively feel the "pulse of the organization"
To provide an objective and accurate measurement of the state of mind of the employees
To gauge the mood of your people
How will an Employee Opinion Survey benefit your company?

It is a proven fact, that satisfied employees are high contributors and performers. They are also your goodwill ambassadors. The survey will help you:

Understand your people better
Evolve a road map to promote employee relations
Identify strategies for emotional connectivity with employees
A successful Employee Opinion Survey will achieve what is best summarized by the following quotation

Fail to honour people,
They fail to honour you;
But of a good leader, who talks little,
When his work is done, his aim fulfilled,
They will say, "We did it ourselves"
- Lao-Tzu
